Introduction

Call forwarding is a phone management feature that helps you to redirect or forward incoming calls to an alternate number. It is commonly used to forward calls from an office phone to a user’s cell or home phone, or a colleague’s number.

Call Forwarding No Answer forwards calls only when you are away from or not answering your phone.

Call Forwarding No Answer

To forward all incoming calls to another number:

  1. From the main dashboard, locate the User Call Handling panel. Find Call Forwarding No Answer and click on the toggle button, The Call Forwarding No Answer window will appear.

  3. In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.

  5. Proceed to enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
  6. Next, select the number of rings your phone makes before it forwards to the forwarded number. you can either input the number of rings manually or use the small arrows on the right side of the Number of Rings field.
  7. Click Save.

To disable Call Forwarding No Answer, click on the toggle button again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
