Introduction

Remote Office enables you to use your home or cell phone as your business phone by directing all incoming calls to ring the remote office phone. If you have Remote Office enabled, your remote location rings, and then you are connected to the caller as if you were placing the call from your office phone.

Remote Office

To enable Remote Office:

  1. From the main dashboard, locate the User Call Handling panel. Find Remote Office and click on the toggle button, The Remote Office window will appear.

  3. In the General Settings section, check the Is Active checkbox to activate this feature.

  5. Proceed to enter a valid 10-digit phone number or extension that the incoming calls will be forwarded to.
  6. Click Save.

To disable Remote Office, click on the toggle button again. This will deactivate this feature and incoming calls will return to normal.
